Yummy CoconutJelly Wak Din

Ingredients:

10 grams jelly powder
3 liters water + 2 young coconut water (please don't mix them)
1 tsp rose essence
sugar to taste

Method:
  1. Boil water and jelly powder
  2. Add rose essence and sugar. Mixwell
  3. Add coconut water
  4. Pour into 8 oz cup (200 ml). Sieve before pouring.
  5. When the jelly mix is half harden, put in the shredded coconut jelly.
  6. and put the jelly into refrigerator
  7. Serve while cold
