10 grams jelly powder
3 liters water + 2 young coconut water (please don't mix them)
1 tsp rose essence
sugar to taste
Method:
- Boil water and jelly powder
- Add rose essence and sugar. Mixwell
- Add coconut water
- Pour into 8 oz cup (200 ml). Sieve before pouring.
- When the jelly mix is half harden, put in the shredded coconut jelly.
- and put the jelly into refrigerator
- Serve while cold
